We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Operation \& Personal Assistant to support daily business and operational tasks. This role is critical to keeping workflows efficient and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day execution.
You will work directly with leadership to manage schedules, communications, and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Handle email inbox (sorting, replying, follow\-ups)
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Organize documents and files (Google Drive, etc.)
- Assist with research and simple reporting
- Coordinate meetings and reminders
- Handle basic operational and clerical tasks
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Reliable internet connection and working environment
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello
- Basic understanding of business operations or startups
