Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the office environment. The Personal Assistant will manage various tasks, including calendar management, project coordination, and event planning.

Duties

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support by handling data entry, filing, and organizing office documents.
  • Coordinate events, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Assist with project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and managing inquiries professionally.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support team objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
