We are an in\-home personal training company looking to bring on an administrative assistant/receptionist to assist with our operations.
Our business is growing this year and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us! We have high standards for our service and care and would love to bring on someone who holds themselves accountable for great work.
We are looking to work with someone with an amazing attitude, great work ethic, and knows they can do a great job.
This is a trial position; we will see how things work out for 90 days at the initial wage and then we promote based on performance.

Responsibilities
- Answering and returning phone calls, setting up appointments, following up with clients and potential clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Google Suite among other softwares for document preparation and calendar management.
- Assist with other office\-keeping tasks and support administrative functions as needed.
- Above and beyond customer service and phone etiquette required
- Previous customer service background preferred
- Previous sales background preferred
- Previous administrative and clerical experience preferred
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with data entry, filing, and calendar management
