Duties

  • Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community networking.

  • Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through marketing efforts and customer service excellence.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy inquiries.
  • Analyze client data to recommend suitable coverage options and identify cross\-selling opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing customer service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities.
  • Proficiency in sales administration systems and analysis tools to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market reach.
  • Customer service expertise with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and empathetically.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality and benefits administration is a plus.
