Key Responsibilities
* Patient Engagement: Greet patients and coordinate intake with a professional, empathetic touch.
* Clinical Support: Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, and screenings.
* Administrative Flow: Manage EHR, handle prescription refills, and coordinate specialist referrals.
* Lab Management: Perform expert blood draws (phlebotomy) and ensure accurate specimen processing.
* Environment Care: Maintain pristine, fully\-stocked exam rooms that reflect our commitment to excellence.
What You Bring to the Team

* Experience: 2\+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Experience in primary care or concierge medicine is a plus.
* Certification: High school diploma or equivalent; CMA or RMA certification required.

* Clinical Skills: Expert phlebotomy skills and a mastery of medical terminology.
