Job Title: Real Estate Assistant / Closing Coordinator

About the Role
Our busy real estate office has an immediate opening for a detail\-oriented Office Assistant / Closing Coordinator. We are looking for a professional who can manage multiple deadlines with ease, maintain high standards of integrity, and act as a reliable point of contact for our clients and partners.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Transaction Management: Assemble and coordinate documentation between all related parties, including buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, and lenders.
* Closing Coordination: Follow up on critical contingency dates and ensure pre\-closing walk\-throughs are scheduled for all listings and purchases.
* Scheduling: Manage showing appointments and coordinate timing for home inspections between buyers and sellers.
* Administrative Support: Maintain office files and general records.
* Field Tasks: Assist with occasional onsite duties, such as placing signs and lockboxes.
* Closing Attendance: Represent the office by occasionally attending closings.
Job Requirements
* Licensing: Must hold an active NC Real Estate License.
* Technical Proficiency: Computer literate, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple detail\-oriented tasks under pressure and effectively manage interactions with a variety of personalities.
* Professional Standards: Strong writing and organizational skills, coupled with a high degree of work ethic, integrity, and loyalty.
