Hail Medic is the highest volume and fastest growing auto hail repair shop in the industry! We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for temporary employment that could turn in to a full time remote position. The Administrative Assistant will assist with the daily duties of the office manager and directors as well as some personal assistant / executive assistant duties. The Administrative Assistant position must be able to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with the team.
Duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
- Answer phone, greet customers and insurance adjusters
- Coordinate with insurance companies (payment verification, status reports, etc)
- Provide assistance to Rental Car Division (create reservations, coordinate service on rentals)
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- General office duties as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, high energy, and integrity required.
- Dedication to providing superior customer service
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self\-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Accounting Experience a plus
- Quickbooks online experience a plus
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Punctual and reliable
