King Cable Construction Corp. is an underground utility construction business and is seeking a Bi\-lingual Office Assistant to become a part of our team. Ideal candidates are those seeking a stable and permanent position with the ability to multi\-task in a fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for the day\-to\-day business operations for multiple companies, owned and operated by the same President.
Responsibilities of the Construction Administrative Assistant role include:
- Provide administrative and general support
- Provide reception duties for the office which includes detail\-oriented handling of all phone calls managing internal and external customers and timely resolution of service\-related matters
- Handle all COI requests and employee applications
- Perform all other office tasks Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
- Proficient in Smart sheet
- Knowledge of the Sunshine 811 locate system
- Manage workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly.
- Manage employee files.
- Manage company files to ensure we are in compliance.
- Build and Generate memos, emails, spreadsheets and reports when appropriate.
- Respond to questions and requests for information via email.
- Filing and Scanning.
- Helping with daily miscellaneous tasks
- Complete any other job related duties as directed.
- Must be Bi\-Lingual (English \& Spanish).
- Marketing Experience.
- Associates degree required.
- Underground utility construction knowledge (preferred)
