Property Management Assistant (1099 – Commission\-Based)

Mika Realty Hawaii is seeking a reliable and motivated Property Management Assistant to support our growing operations. This is an assistive role, working directly with the Principal Broker and team to help manage residential and commercial properties across Oahu.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with tenant communication, leasing support, and daily operations
- Coordinate maintenance requests, showings, and inspections
- Maintain records using Rentec Direct and AppFolio
- Provide administrative and field support as needed
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast\-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required
