  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files.
  • Support calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, supporting clients, and handling administrative requests efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files, and ensure the office environment remains tidy and functional.

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support is preferred.
