Job Summary

Are you a highly organized, detail\-oriented professional with a passion for healthcare? We are seeking a Clinical Support Administrative Assistant to help keep our clinic running smoothly while supporting patients and staff. This role is ideal for candidates with clinical or administrative experience who thrive in a fast\-paced, patient\-focused environment. CNA and/or CMA certification is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient appointments and scheduling through electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Maintain and organize patient files while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Answer and route phone calls, providing professional and courteous assistance to patients and providers.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and staff, with bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
  • Assist with managing office supplies and equipment to maintain a well\-functioning clinic environment.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate efficient patient flow and enhance the patient experience.
  • Perform accurate data entry to ensure up\-to\-date and complete patient records.
  • Qualifications \& Experience

  • CNA or CMA certification
  • preferred but not required.

  • Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Proficiency with phone systems and office management software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
