Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day functioning of our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills and gain experience in a fast\-paced environment.

Duties:

\- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.

\- Utilize computer literacy skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.

\- Offer customer support through timely and professional communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

\- Process payments and assist clients

\- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

\- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

\- Organize and maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up\-to\-date and easily accessible.

\- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain office efficiency.

Qualifications:

\- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.

\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

\- Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

\- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

\- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity.

\- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

\- Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.

\- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an added advantage.
