Job Summary:

The Construction Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Project Management Team by providing essential administrative and project coordination throughout project execution and close\-out. This position ensures accurate project documentation, and clear communication among all stakeholders while assisting with daily operations to keep projects on track in a fast\-paced construction environment.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Communication

  • Serve as a liaison between project managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and distribute project\-related communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Project Documentation

  • Maintain organized and up\-to\-date project files (digital and physical)
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute follow\-ups
  • Scheduling \& Coordination

  • Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Set up and assist with hybrid/virtual meetings, including presentation support
  • Knowledge, Skills, \& Abilities:

    Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint preferred
  • Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
  • Basic understanding of construction terminology, processes, and documentation workflows
  • Education

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience

  • 4\+ years of experience supporting construction or engineering projects
