    Zapata Private Wealth Group is seeking a bilingual, licensed, execution‑driven professional to serve as the operational backbone and client‑facing anchor of our firm.

    If you are soft‑spoken, passive, uncomfortable leading conversations, or prefer to work entirely behind the scenes, this role will not be a fit.

    Spanish Is Not a “Nice to Have” — It Is Core to the Role

    You will regularly:

  • Communicate with Spanish‑speaking clients and households
  • Confirm details, timelines, and next steps in Spanish
  • Represent the firm professionally in bilingual conversations
  • Ensure clarity, trust, and confidence across language barriers
  • If you are not fully fluent and comfortable leading professional conversations in Spanish, do not apply.

    The Role (In Plain English)

    This role is internally known as “The Glue.”

    You are the person clients recognize, trust, and feel comfortable contacting.

    You are the person advisors rely on to ensure execution.

    You are the person leadership trusts to prevent problems, not react to them.

    If something does not involve giving financial advice, it starts with you.

    What You Will Own (Non‑Negotiable)

    Client, Advisor, \& Relationship Execution

  • Serve as a
  • primary bilingual point of contact for clients

  • Coordinate and execute client onboarding start‑to‑finish
  • Own task management and follow‑through in
  • Wealthbox (system of record)

  • Prepare advisors for meetings (planning, estate workflow status, next steps)
  • Track, close, and document all post‑meeting items
  • Escalate issues before

  • they become problems
  • Clients should feel:

    “They know me. They follow up. Things get done.”

    You must either already be fluent in — or be ready to master quickly:

    * Wealthbox (CRM, tasks, workflows — source of truth)

    * PreciseFP (client data gathering \& completion tracking)

    * eMoney (planning support)

    * Wealth.com (estate workflow coordination)

    * Jump AI (reviewing and finalizing meeting notes)

    * Outlook (logged into Wealthbox)

    * MyRepChat (compliant client texting)

    * Zoom

    * Google Drive

    * RingCentral (fax)

    If systems overwhelm you, this role will not be enjoyable.

    Growth Path: Office Manager / Operations Lead

    This role is intentionally designed to grow into Office Manager / Operations Lead, adding ownership of:

  • People operations \& onboarding
  • Payroll \& HR coordination
  • Licensing \& registration tracking
  • Compliance \& OSJ coordination
  • Vendors, events, and operational problem‑solving
  • Acting
  • on behalf of the CEO operationally

    You must want responsibility, not avoid it.

    How Success Is Measured

    You are succeeding when:

  • Clients feel supported and confident
  • Advisors never chase follow‑ups
  • The CEO is not in the weeds
  • Wealthbox is clean, accurate, and trusted
  • Problems are handled quietly and early
  • Required Qualifications

    * Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)

  • Active
  • Series 7, Series 66, and Life Insurance license

  • Experience in a Wealth Management / RIA / LPL environment strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfort interacting directly with clients
  • Strong process discipline and security awareness
  • Compensation

    * Remote (Exceptional): $40,000 – $60,000 base dependent on experience (commission \& bonus opportunities)

  • Growth path to Office Manager: (additional pay/bonus/commission)
