Job Summary
As the ID Card Specialist, you will be focused on the accurate and on\-time production of student ID Cards delivered to our schools. This position will work a lot with sensitive client info and the images our photographer’s captured. We are looking for someone who notices small details, enjoys working individually and in a team environment, and takes the initiative to find resolutions for client problems.
Responsibilities
- Execute the successful creation and delivery of student ID cards to meet school deliverable timelines
- Perform quality control of student and faculty data on ID Cards
- Identify and address human and technical errors throughout the ID Card production process
- Compare data sets to determine any discrepancies
- Meet internal timelines for task completion
- Communicate with vendors effectively and efficiently
- Monitor ticketing system and resolve client requests for one off IDs
- Extremely detail\-oriented — not just careful, but methodical
- Know your way around Excel or Google Sheets
- Prior experience in leading a team.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to clarify complex issues using straightforward, everyday language
- Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA
- A background in data entry, admin, or operations work is a bonus.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.
- Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
