Position: Office Manager (Automotive / Towing Industry)

Job Type: Full\-Time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Additional Opportunity: Optional evening/weekend remote work for additional income

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive, towing, body shop, or a closely related field. This position will oversee the daily administrative operations of our heavy\-duty mobile mechanic and towing business.

Key responsibilities include dispatching, billing, clerical work, filing, permitting, customer communication, and general office management. This role is critical to keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch technicians and manage scheduling
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and compliance\-related tasks
  • Maintain organized records, filing systems, and permits
  • Answer phones and communicate professionally with customers and vendors
  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive, towing, body shop, or related industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Self\-motivated with a positive, “can\-do” attitude
  • Ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines
