Job Description

The primary activities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Overall administrative/clerical duties requiring analytical ability, independent judgment and problem\-solving skills
  • Working independently, or in teams, as needed and relevant to complete work assignments and various tasks.
  • Communication Skills must be at a level to effectively interact with our company's executives and internal/external stakeholders to maintain workflow.
  • Knowledge of relevant Company policies and practices
  • Interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Administrative support for the HR hiring process in filling open positions on the team
  • Support for calendar events, i.e., meeting scheduling, video conferencing, room reservations
  • Use of MS\-SharePoint and MS\-Teams sites
  • Coordination of travel arrangements, domestic and international
  • Ordering of departmental supplies and procurement card purchase management (e.g., for publications and books)
  • Creation of employee expense reports
  • Assist with reporting and following up on Facilities and IT\-related issues
  • Maintenance of databases, general and departmental or Division\-specific applications
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the department as needed
  • Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma.
  • Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of (5\) years Administrative Assistant experience.
  • Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) and operation of other peripheral devices.
  • Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating complex, multi\-leg domestic and international travel.
  • Experience with MS\-Teams and MS\-SharePoint preferred.
  • Strong meeting planning support experience.
  • Expense Reports, Purchase Orders, Payment Requests, and Vendor Add Forms (EX. SAP Systems).
  • Ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Professional communication and people skills.
  • Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience processing Visa and Passports.
  • Advanced education or certifications such as (e.g. Certified Administrative Professional, Project Management Professional Certification, Professional in Human Resources Certification).

The salary range for this role is:

$63,800 \- $100,400

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long\-term incentive, if applicable.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
