- Communicates with individuals, agencies, and nonprofits, and serves as the point of contact for all sponsorship and donation requests
- Creates and provides a streamlined and uniform process for sponsorship and donation requests
- Completes a Donation Request Form for all requests and maintains accurate and up to date documents and records
- Examines and evaluates an organization’s total relationship with the bank
- Attends sponsored events as a representative of the bank, including but not limited to dinners, banquets, and golf outings
- Travels to locations and community events within designated market in order to assist and maintain internal and external relationships
- Recruits and organizes volunteers for sponsored events
- Examines potential marketing opportunities in relation to sponsorships and donations and works with the Marketing Department to implement
- Generates monthly board reports to present and assess sponsored community events
- Promotes the bank to the public, including but not limited to speaking engagements and meetings
- Advocates community events and regularly shares opportunities with bank employees
- Reports, budgets, and supports information as it pertains to bank community involvement
- Receives and shares opportunities to fill and serve on nonprofit boards with bank employees

Job Summary
The Community Enrichment Officer will communicate, support, facilitate, organize, and grow the bank’s relationship and involvement within the community. This position will work closely with the County Presidents to examine the bank’s mission in relation to sponsorships and donations while examining deposit growth opportunities and representing the bank in a positive manner.
