Club Jet Charter is a growing private jet company at Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie, MN. We are seeking a highly detail\-oriented, responsible, and organized individual to join our team as a full\-time Flight Coordinator.

The primary focus of this role is to manage the logistics of private jet flights from start to finish, including pre\-flight planning, in\-flight monitoring, and essential post\-flight duties such as record\-keeping and accounting. This position primarily works remotely from a dedicated home office, with some shifts at our Eden Prairie facility, if local.

Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $60,000\.00 per year based on experience.

    Work Location: Remote (with an option for some in\-office work)

    Key Responsibilities (Position Summary):

    Flight Management:

  • Quickly and accurately transition sold quotes into active flights.
  • Analyze aircraft, airport locations, and scheduling constraints.
  • Monitor ongoing flights for potential issues.
  • Safety \& Compliance:

  • Monitor safety considerations, including crew duty time, weather, aircraft performance, and FAA compliance.
  • Coordinate international and domestic customs and handling arrangements.
  • Coordination \& Service:

  • Coordinate with FBO (Fixed\-Base Operator) facilities.
  • Provide positive, articulate, and timely customer service (both written and verbal).
  • Manage passenger and crew requests.
  • Compile detailed passenger and crew itineraries.
  • Administration and Addt’l Duties:

  • Complete post\-flight duties, record keeping, and accounting tasks.
  • Maintain organization and accuracy in a highly complex, fast\-paced, and demanding environment.
  • Organize email workflow and respond quickly to tasks and inquiries.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by the manager on duty.
  • Duties may be added or removed as the role evolves; at the discretion of Admin. We operate as a team, and the expectation is always to act in the best interest of the company. This may include additional sales duties.
  • Experience \& Education:

  • 2\-4 year degree.
  • 2\-4 years of experience in flight coordinating, dispatch, or aviation, preferred.
  • Core Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of interacting professionally and articulately with clients and crew via phone and email.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and skills (must pass a hands\-on computer analysis).
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn Google Docs/Drive, Gmail, and computer flight scheduling software.
  • Exceptional memory and retention for complex procedures and considerations.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to identify critical tasks independently.
  • Demonstrates independent judgment and the capacity to analyze situations to make safe and effective decisions.
  • Remote Work Requirement:

  • A fully equipped home office is mandatory, furnished at your own expense. This includes a home computer system, printer, scanner, shredder, cell phone with headset (Company iPad provided). Two computer monitors are essential for productivity.
