In this role, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day management of a group of the Lease Administration team supporting CSI's customers and actively maintaining those relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Using your knowledge \& strong attention to detail you will review administrator work, which includes data entry, purchase orders, legal documents and check requests.
- You will also actively manage some accounts/transactions and interact with customers, vendors and the CSI sales team.
- As a supervisor, you will ensure the accuracy of certificates of acceptance and other documents that are exchanged with the customer.
- Collaborate with other CSI departments and vendors to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching and feedback in order to develop and grow members of your team.
- 2\+ years supervisory experience in a fast paced environment.
- Experience providing feedback and coaching to develop team
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
