Now Hiring: Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Management Assistant to support daily operations and executive functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We are seeking an administrative professional to assist in our growing company. This individual will be following the process of repairs from start to finish. For this reason, we seek professional individuals who are self\-starters and will help grow the company with outstanding work ethic, customer service and working knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and leadership teams
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems
  • Assist with project coordination and follow\-ups
  • Handle communications with clients, vendors, and staff
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Preferred:

  • Experience supporting executives or management teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools
