Job Summary

The Remote Personal Assistant will provide high\-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of management
  • Organize documents, reports, and confidential information
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning
  • Conduct online research and compile data as needed
  • Support project coordination and follow up on tasks
  • Maintain communication with internal teams and external contacts
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
  • Preferred Qualifications
