Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. Do not Contact Office

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Handle clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize software applications including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and inventory management.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
  • Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures is essential.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace are required.
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette is necessary.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment are crucial.
