JK Corporate is looking for a Receptionist/ Admin to join our team in Waxahachie, Texas. We are an Excavation and Trucking company.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, motivated, multi\-tasker, quick learner, team player and hard worker!

Must be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail .

Responsibilities ( In\-Person Position \- NO REMOTE) 8AM\-5PM

  • Answer all incoming call and greet incoming visitors
  • Assist with employee timesheets
  • Assist the AR and AP team on miscellaneous tasks as needed
  • Assist with Construction bids as needed/ assist maintaining project files
  • Daily reporting of Equipment Service request/ Updated Logs
  • Issuing POs to employees
  • Assist with maintaining Inventory Equipment Log and Files
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence in a timely manner
  • Run company’s errands to post office, office supply store, etc.\- as needed
  • Perform data entry, manage electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Monitor level of office supplies/ order
  • Skills/ Qualifications

  • Construction/ Trucking experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook / MS Office (Excel \& Word)

\*PAY – $12/HR
