Office Assistant (QuickBooks Online Required) – Full\-Time
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Schedule: Monday–Friday \| Full\-Time
We are a growing local flooring company seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with data entry, and experienced with QuickBooks Online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email and phone communication professionally
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Enter invoices and post customer payments accurately in QuickBooks Online
- Process vendor payments and maintain records
- Run reports and assist with collections follow\-up
- Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents
- Maintain filing systems
- Assist with general office coordination
- QuickBooks Online experience (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Job costing and/or construction industry experience is a plus
