Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Owner and team to help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up\-to\-date.

Compensation:
$22 \- $27 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, client inquiries, and new leads
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and support team coordination
- Maintain and organize project documentation, work orders, and filing systems
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, track orders/returns, and assist with material sourcing and research
- Perform data entry and job tracking in Project Management software and CRM
- Support office operations, including errands, deliveries, and general organization
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, social media content creation, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Experience in admin or construction/project coordination preferred
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and problem\-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (JobTread is a plus)
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
