The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high\-level administrative support to executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring efficient day\-to\-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment.Posting Information

Position offers a starting salary range of $25/hr. \- $32/hr. USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
- Provide administrative support to executive management and other teams across the organization
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and recording minutes
- Arrange business travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain organized files, records, calendars, and documentation systems
- Track expenses, prepare expense reports, and assist with budget monitoring
- Process invoices, submit check requests, and set up new vendors/suppliers
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support special projects and initiatives assigned
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem\-solving skills and sound judgment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Experience supporting executives
- Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
