We are a growing career coaching, resume writing, and recruiting company seeking a reliable, highly organized part\-time Client Success \& Operations Support Coordinator to support daily client communication, project coordination, and internal operations.
This role works directly with two business partners and collaborates with other team members across the business. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, uses sound judgment, works well in a fast\-paced environment, and understands how to support professional, executive\-level clients with care and professionalism.
This is not a repetitive admin role. No two days are the same, so the right person must be comfortable shifting priorities, thinking critically, and staying organized while multiple things are moving at once.
Responsibilities
- Answer client emails and phone calls professionally using RingCentral
- Support executive\-level clients and know when to route issues appropriately
- Manage scheduling, calendar changes, and appointment coordination
- Set up resume and LinkedIn projects for internal writers and coaches
- Work daily in Microsoft Word, PDF files, and Google Docs
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM and Monday.com
- Track candidate communication, scheduling status, and reference checks
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, coaches, and internal staff
- Support coaching calls, launches, and occasional evening client activity when needed
- Review communications carefully before sending, including AI\-assisted inquiries when applicable
- Strong written and verbal English
- Professional remote work environment with reliable internet and ability to answer calls clearly
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Comfortable speaking with executive or senior\-level clients
- Strong attention to detail
