About the Role
We are looking for a hands\-on IT Operations \& Zoho Administrator who can own two critical functions: day\-to\-day IT support across our technology stack, and full administration of our Zoho One platform (CRM, Analytics, automation, and integrations). This is not a strategy or leadership role. It is a technical, execution\-focused position for someone who can troubleshoot a CRM workflow issue in the morning and resolve a Five9 dialer problem in the afternoon.
You will be the primary person responsible for keeping our internal systems running smoothly, managing the platforms our sales and operations teams depend on every day, and building the automations and reports that help the business scale. You will work closely with the Director of Technology, external development partners, and cross\-functional teams across sales, operations, and leadership.
This role is designed to consolidate work currently handled by multiple external contractors into a single in\-house position with full ownership, faster response times, and deeper institutional knowledge.
What You'll DoZoho CRM \& Platform Administration (Core Focus)
- Own the configuration and day\-to\-day administration of Zoho CRM, including modules, fields, layouts, workflows, and automation rules
- Build, troubleshoot, and optimize Zoho workflows, functions, and integrations that drive the lead\-to\-deal pipeline
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access across Zoho One applications (CRM, Desk, Sign, WorkDrive, Projects)
- Investigate and resolve CRM record issues using timelines, workflow logs, and module configurations
- Support Zoho Desk ticketing operations and maintain automation between Zoho Desk and Slack
- Create and maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports for sales, operations, and leadership
- Manage data integrity including deduplication, field standardization, and cleanup of legacy records
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal tech support requests via Zoho Desk and Slack
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM, Five9 dialer, Google Workspace, Slack, and other internal tools
- Perform Five9 VCC Admin tasks including forced logouts, campaign configuration, and user management
- Support reps with access, permissions, and system errors across all platforms
- Set up new employees across Zoho One, Five9, Google Workspace, Calendly, and Slack
- Manage offboarding: suspend accounts, transfer data, alias emails, and remove access across all systems
- Maintain accurate records of user accounts and access levels for compliance and audit purposes
- Support SOC 2 compliance efforts including quarterly access reviews, security awareness training, and vendor documentation
- Maintain audit\-ready documentation and controls under direction of the Director of Technology
- Participate in quarterly user access reviews across all platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors including Zoho, Five9, and other platform providers
- Track and manage tasks in Jira and Confluence
- Assist with technology projects including system migrations, integrations, and process improvements
- Document processes, create SOPs, and maintain internal knowledge base articles
- DNS, DMARC, and email deliverability management
- Email marketing platform administration and campaign support
- Additional Zoho One module rollouts and integrations as the platform expands
- Zoho One Suite (CRM, Desk, Sign, WorkDrive, Analytics, Projects, Campaigns)
- Zoho Analytics (dashboards, data sources, reporting)
- Five9 (VCC Admin, VCC Supervisor, campaign management)
- Google Workspace (Admin, Gmail, Drive, Sheets)
- Slack (internal communication, ticketing workflows)
- Jira and Confluence (project tracking, documentation)
- Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services
- Zoho One certified or deep experience across multiple Zoho applications
- Experience with DNS, DMARC, and email deliverability
- Exposure to SOC 2, PCI, or similar compliance frameworks
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, Zoho Deluge scripting, or automation tools
- Experience with AI tools or willingness to learn AI\-assisted workflows

What We're Looking For
* 3\-6 years of combined experience in IT operations and CRM/SaaS platform administration
* Strong Zoho CRM experience (workflows, functions, modules, automation, custom configurations). This is critical.
* Zoho Analytics experience (building dashboards, connecting data sources, creating reports)
* Experience with contact center or dialer platforms (Five9, RingCentral, Genesys, or similar)
* Hands\-on IT support skills: troubleshooting, user management, SaaS administration, permissions
* Strong problem\-solving instincts and the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently
* Organized and detail\-oriented, with a track record of keeping systems clean and documentation current
* Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non\-technical team members
* Comfortable in a fast\-paced, evolving startup environment where priorities shift
