UNCOMN is seeking an Accounting/Finance Clerk (Part\-time) to:

  • Process accounts payable transactions.
  • Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Process accounts receivable transactions and apply incoming payments.
  • Review accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Prepare cash flow reports.
  • Send timesheet reminders and assist in tracking employee submissions to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations across multiple accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • \\*This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be comfortable coming into the office on an as\-needed basis, approximately once per month.

    Requirements

  • General knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts (AR, AP, Reconciliations).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Accounting/Finance or bookkeeping.
