The Opportunity:
The Development Operations Coordinator fulfills a critical role in member benefit management and operations. One of OPB and KMHD’s highest metrics in membership is our excellent retention rate. Retention is influenced by an excellent member experience. This includes timely delivery of thank you gifts and accurate access to PBS Passport as well as the upcoming Local Public Streaming Initiative and the PBS Membership Vault (MVault).
What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Fundraising Campaigns and Thank You Gift Inventory
- Enter and update data in Excel and Salesforce CRM to support fundraising data processes and results tracking.
- Maintain selected fundraising results reporting and update as needed.
- Coordinate order and delivery of prizes for on\-air fundraising drives as well as Sponsor giveaways.
- Track and manage inventory, data hygiene, invoicing and delivery of member thank you gifts.
- Track and manage employee orders, employee store, and department orders and invoicing for items designed as member thank you gifts.
- Enter and maintain member thank you gift data with vendors, on our website, and on all donation forms.
- Monitor notifications for nationally utilized thank you gifts and communicate both local and national delays or issues to staff and members.
- Improve data hygiene in MVault through regular duplicate resolution, and through updates to Accounts, Contacts, and MVault data.
- Monitor MVault processes both for current connection to PBS Passport and future connection for Local Streaming Initiative (Local Public).
- Respond to escalated customer service cases related to MVault.
- Identify and escalate issues to the Development Operations team.
- Act as a back\-up for critical gift entry. Provide weekly support as needed to ensure prompt processing and maintenance of skills. Provide additional year\-end support for gift entry.
- Monitor standard reports for data entry errors and update as required.
- Refresh and distribute regularly scheduled KPI reporting for program evaluation.
- Onsite, Hybrid or Remote, in office desk is available, located OPB headquarters.
- This position typically works Monday through Friday.
- Lifting/carrying/moving equipment up to 10 pounds is sometimes required.

- 2 years experience in a marketing, membership, sales administration or nonprofit fundraising role.
- Experience using Salesforce or other database systems to maintain accurate customer data.
- Ability to track multiple concurrent projects to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including experience working regularly with Microsoft products and an interest and ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when entering and updating data.
- Ability to apply curiosity and active listening skills to everyday work processes to discover opportunities and/or need for improvements
- Experience working collaboratively with a team to meet goals.
- A self\-starter with the ability and desire to learn new skills, assume new duties, and identify and act on opportunities for improvement and efficiencies.
- Ability to maintain appropriate professional business relationships including colleagues, vendors and donors.
- Enthusiasm for fundraising, technology and the mission of OPB.
- Experience working with non\-profits in a fundraising, development or membership role.
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or other database systems to generate complex reports, export and import data.
- Experience managing product design, production and inventory

In alignment with our organizational values, OPB has recently implemented a move to a minimum living wage as determined by the Living Wage Institute for all of our regular staff roles. Because of this, the expected hiring range for this role is between $28\.17 and $29\.30 per hour; compensation will depend on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
