*This is an in\-office position located in Houston, Texas.*

Responsibilities:

1\. Exhibit a high sense of urgency.

2\. Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.

3\. Follow documented policies and procedures for all activities related to Octagos Health.

4\. Manage all Incoming and outgoing calls promptly and effectively and efficiently.

5\. Address questions and educate our customers and patients.

6\. Demonstrate the ability to de\-escalate calls.

7\. Send and respond to emails /voice mails.

8\. Data entry.

9\. Communicate in a professional, diplomatic, and empathetic manner using articulation, dictation and with good voice quality.

10\. Identify, document, and escalate complaints per standard operating procedures.

11\. Assist with inventory tasks as needed.

12\. Work to achieve Customer Experience quality and productivity goals.

Required Skills and qualifications.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
  • Ability to work individually and as a team member.
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
  • Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully.
  • Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to exercise patience and professionalism.
  • Multiline phone system knowledge and phone etiquette skills.
