JOB PURPOSE
Provide core administrative and transactional support to PDC operations—focusing on purchase requests, records of goods/services, onboarding and system access, timekeeping, supplies inventory, PDA/printer RMAs, and coordination with vendors/contractors and warehouse operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain detailed records of purchased goods and services.
- Monitor office/warehouse supplies inventory and reorder as needed (PPE, forms, breakroom).
- Support onboarding (badges; AMOS/PDA access) and maintain system data for active/inactive employees and agency records.
- Update daily productivity man‑hour sheets (post‑review) and track agency employees’ time.
- Coordinate orders for services/supplies; schedule deliveries and request status updates.
- Troubleshoot PDA/printer issues; create RMAs; track repairs; manage PDA battery availability.
- Coordinate vendor/contractor meetings as needed and provide clear status updates.
- Completeness of purchasing records and supply stock levels within targets.
- Onboarding cycle time and data integrity in systems (badges/access).
- Timeliness of productivity and agency time updates.
- RMA cycle time and resolution rate for PDA/printer issues.
- Investigate/print claim types (CSH, CSE, COV, CPE); inspect/process returns as needed.
- Inbound/Outbound/Inventory support (material handling work as needed).
- Perform routine data entry; organize and maintain aging files.
- Standard work hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Travel: Generally not required for this role.
- High School Diploma or some college (Accounting/Business preferred).
- 2–4 years administrative assistant/warehousing experience preferred.
- Organization, planning/scheduling, and time management.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; accurate data entry.
- Adaptability and analytical thinking; ability to resolve operational issues.
- Attention to detail and service orientation.
- Light/non‑strenuous daily activity; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Employment Type \- Non\-Exempt, Hourly WageCompensation \- The expected hiring range for this position is $24\.03 \- 33\.65, depending on experience and qualifications.
