Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, is proactive, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, email management, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls; handle correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (digital and physical)
- Assist with invoicing, basic bookkeeping, and expense tracking
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes as needed
- Support team members with project\-based tasks and follow\-ups
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations
- Proven administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self\-starter with a positive, can\-do attitude
- Part\-time (approximately 15–25 hours per week; flexible based on needs)
