Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Sign Language USA, LLC. This position plays a vital role in supporting our operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office functionality. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail\-oriented, and proficient in various office software. Hours for this position will be Monday\-Friday 8:00am\-5:00pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, replying to emails, general office support
- Perform data entry and manage databases with accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to facilitate service delivery.
- Support the Director of Operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
- Must have a reliable computer, cell phone with texting ability and stable internet service.
