Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to designated high performing sales professionals. This role is integral to ensuring seamless day\-to\-day sales operations and marketing execution.
The ideal candidate is self\-driven, anticipates needs, communicates effectively, and takes full ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. This position thrives in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment and requires a strong ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Sales \& Administrative Support
- Prepare and manage purchase agreements and sales documentation
- Create and submit service work orders
- Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions, lead activity, and follow\-ups
- Enter and track new and existing leads, inquiries, and communications
- Assist in listings management, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate and publish listings across all online platforms and marketplaces
- Assist with listing photography, staging, and presentation
- Create and post social media content aligned with brand standards
- Manage posting schedules and basic audience engagement
- Support promotional campaigns and content development (images, captions, shortform video)
- Coordinate logistics for client appointments and walkthroughs
- Ensure boats are fully prepared and presented prior to showings
- Order and manage delivery gifts and closing materials for clients
- Assist sales professionals during showings and open\-house events
- Coordinate and support on\-water surveys and demonstrations (scheduling, documentation, safety preparation)
- Assist or coordinate boat showing, assistants to support sales staff during showing
- Ensure all required paperwork, safety gear, and prep checklists are completed for on water activities
- Arrange travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Track, organize, and submit expense reports accurately and timely
- Assist in planning and executing specific events hosted by the designated sales professional
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, and follow\-up communications
- Assist with boat show invitations, RSVP tracking, and ticket management
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ask insightful questions and proactively problem\-solve
- Professional confidence to advocate for task completion across teams
- Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, evolving environment
- 1–3 years administrative or sales support experience; marine industry experience a plus
- Experience supporting sales professionals or high\-level teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes
- Experience with social media platforms and basic marketing coordination
- Exposure to event planning and logistics coordination
- Boating experience
- Ability to travel to boat shows and other events as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules. Some evenings or weekends may be required for showings, events, or on\-water surveys
- 70% remote (work from home) / 30% on\-site (office, marina, and on water)
- Fast\-paced environment with frequent coordination of field/on\-water activity

- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and be comfortable boarding vessels
- Base Salary: $25,000 annually
- Variable Compensation: Additional earnings based on 5% of assigned sales professionals’ commissions.
