Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform accounting (A/P and A/R), clerical, and administrative duties for senior leadership in order to drive company success.
General Accountabilities
- Composes and produces business correspondence, reports, and related materials.
- Will perform A/P and A/R duties on a daily basis
- Purchasing for the Office and Repair Shop
- Reviews data for accuracy.
- Data Entry (accounting and tradeshow contacts)
- Tradeshow coordination
- Company Event Planning
- Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information.
- Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Serves as an internal resource to leadership or staff on departmental and company procedures.
- Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning company events (including Trade Shows).
- Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers and organizes supporting information, and orders for production and distribution of related materials.
- Schedules, assigns, and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2\+ years of related experience
- Accounts Payable and Receivable / QuickBooks Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- G Suite and Microsoft Office efficiency

Job Qualifications
Skills
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lunch: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Pay: $20 \- $25 per hour
