About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented entry\-level team member to support our sales and operations team.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our systems organized, supporting customer inquiries, and helping the team operate efficiently.
This role is a great fit for someone early in their career or with minimal experience who is interested in learning the business and growing into a sales or account management position over time.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and order information in internal systems
- Review and confirm incoming inquiries from clients
- Organize and maintain accurate records and data
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Communicate with customers via email and phone as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Comfortable working on a computer (Excel or similar tools)
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
