Responsibilities

  • Inventory control, On boarding inventory to submitting inventory.
  • Accounting experience required from journal entry to inventory managment.
  • Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative records
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record\-keeping
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and oversee general office management tasks to ensure a well\-equipped workspace
  • Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, managing emails, supporting customer service efforts, and assisting with personal assistant duties when required
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service or medical/dental receptionist roles is advantageous
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment
  • Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential
  • Personal assistant experience or familiarity with office management practices will be considered an asset
