Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry and filing tasks with precision, ensuring all records are up\-to\-date and easily accessible.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment setting, and scheduling meetings for staff members.
  • Support office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
  • Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software.
  • Requirements

  • Proven office or administrative experience with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft and Salesforce.
  • Prior experience with clerical duties such as data entry, proofreading, and document management.
  • Strong customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette; experience with multi\-line phone systems is preferred.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
  • Pay: $24\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
