Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Sun Valley, CA
FLSA: Non\-exempt (hourly)
Pay: $24\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time \- Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Professional administrative position providing direct support to key executives, oversee and support day\-to\-day operations of the office and company administration, including direct responsibility for specific administration projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer executive phones, route mail, calendar management, organize and set up conference rooms (place settings, meeting materials, and connect virtual meetings).
- Filing, scanning, and organizing documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Various invoicing reconciliation and payment tracking
- Management of executive and administration reports \- Excel, Teams and Word format
- Assist with Pension administration – maintaining records, written/oral communication with pensioners, auditors and actuaries.
- Other administration projects and duties as required.
- Relieve Receptionist as needed
- 3\-5 years office experience
- Professional and friendly disposition
