Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Office Assistant / Quality Control professional to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks accounting software
  • Oversee filing systems, organize documents, and ensure proper document storage for easy retrieval
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping
  • Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks on documents, products or services to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively
  • Demonstrated office management experience including clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and data entry
  • Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi\-line phone systems and providing outstanding customer service
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines consistently
