We are currently expanding and looking for a high\-performing Front Desk Lead to support our next stage of growth.
Schedule (40 Hours / Week)
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:45 PM 2:15 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and manage a multi\-line phone system
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
- Coordinate front office flow and communication
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
- Deliver a consistent, high\-quality patient experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
- Previous front desk or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking ability

- On a scale of 1–10, how confident are you in your punctuality and reliability at work?
- This role requires a split\-shift schedule: starting at 8:45 AM, a mid\-day unpaid break (approx. 1–2 hours), and returning for an evening shift until \~6:45–7:00 PM (Mon–Th). Are you able to consistently commit to this schedule?
- This role is critical to daily operations. When someone is late or absent, the entire team and patient flow are directly impacted. Are you able to commit to consistent punctuality and reliable attendance?
- Do you have experience using ChiroTouch or a similar scheduling/EHR system?

Schedule includes a mid\-day break between shifts.
Role Overview
This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in the overall patient experience.
This is not just a receptionist role — it is a high\-responsibility, patient\-facing position that requires energy, awareness, and professionalism at all times.
