Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant \& Sales Operations Admin to support both our household and business operations.
This is a high\-trust, close\-working relationship role where you will work directly alongside the principals in both a professional and personal capacity. The position is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and in\-person support based out of a private residence.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail\-oriented, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment where no two days look the same.
Schedule \& Availability
- General working hours fall between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and in\-person work depending on daily priorities
- Occasional Saturday availability may be required to support field sales operations
- Schedule may vary based on business and household needs
- Laundry, dishes, and general home organization
- Grocery shopping and household inventory management
- Scheduling and managing appointments (car maintenance, dog grooming, home services)
- Coordinating vendors, cleaners, and maintenance
- Running errands and handling day\-to\-day household needs
- Calendar management and scheduling for two principals
- Coordinating interviews and meetings with regional managers
- Acting as a liaison between ownership and sales leadership
- Following up with team members for updates, reporting, and deliverables
- Assisting with onboarding coordination alongside internal admin team
- Supporting communication and organization across field sales teams
- Track priorities, tasks, and follow\-ups across both business and household responsibilities
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist with internal organization and process improvements
- Handle ad hoc requests and problem\-solving on a daily basis
- Highly organized and detail\-oriented
- Proactive and self\-directed—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable balancing household tasks with professional responsibilities
- Strong communicator with follow\-through and accountability
- Adaptable and calm in a fast\-paced environment
- Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
- 2\+ years experience in executive assistant, admin, or operations role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Calendar, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Local to the area and able to support in\-person as needed
- Compensation: $50,000/year, with additional performance\-based earning opportunities
- Opportunity for extension following successful completion of trial period
