Role Overview:
As an Application Input Processor, you will be part of a team responsible for entering data from applications for various products sold by our field partners. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, identifying errors, and implementing corrective actions. Business acumen and the ability to protect confidential information are crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Stay current with company guidelines to accurately analyze and respond to exceptions and unusual situations.
- Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and customer service through effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
- Work collaboratively in a positive, team\-oriented environment, addressing defects in policy applications with Northwestern Mutual's field sales force.
- 1\-3 years of experience in a business setting, such as customer service, banking, finance, insurance, or related fields.
- Strong clerical, attention to detail, customer service, and analytical skills are essential.
- Must be a self\-starter, able to work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Due to the highly regulated nature of this work, must meet FINRA requirements for Non\-registered Fingerprinted staff.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Hours of operation are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). These hours are non\-negotiable.
