Role Overview
We are hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO to support execution across multiple businesses.
This is not a traditional administrative role.
You will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring priorities are executed, teams are aligned, and tasks are completed without constant oversight.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, coordination, and accountability.
Core Responsibilities
- Track priorities, tasks, and deadlines across multiple businesses
- Follow up with team members to ensure work is completed
- Communicate directly with employees on behalf of the CEO
- Identify breakdowns in execution and escalate quickly
- Support hiring coordination and onboarding processes
- Assist in tracking basic performance (attendance, productivity, task completion)
- Maintain organization across projects, communication, and workflows
- Manage calendar and email when needed (secondary responsibility)
- Not a passive admin role
- Not just scheduling and inbox management
- Not a task\-only support position
- Tasks are completed without repeated follow\-up from the CEO
- Teams are more responsive and accountable
- Communication loops are consistently closed
