Job Description

Job Summary

Assists the Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling various general tasks assigned by Operational Support. May review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure Exeter complies with State and Federal regulations.

Job Duties

  • Review identified accounts to ensure proper compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members.
  • Ensure all operational tasks are completed within deadlines, and alert supervisors of any delays or issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all tasks in a professional manner.
  • Identify and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Exeter’s policies and procedures, as well as, state and federal laws.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0\-3 years general work experience
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a business or operational setting.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Comfortable working with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
