Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored
  • Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Support bookkeeping activities through basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping duties
  • Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and offering assistance as needed
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and supporting medical or dental receptionist functions if applicable
  • Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions with clients and visitors
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse populations
  • Demonstrated office experience or clerical experience supporting administrative functions
  • High level of computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, filing, and general office management tasks
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Personal assistant experience or medical/dental receptionist background is advantageous for specialized roles
