Job Description: This role involves providing administrative assistance for daily operations, which includes evaluating and managing phone calls. The selected individual will support word processing, spreadsheet oversight, and clerical functions. Additional duties encompass maintaining business correspondence, organizing files, and aiding general office operations along with various administrative tasks across departments, as well as performing data entry and record management.
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of administrative/office experience
Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
High level of organizational and multi\-tasking skills Strong proficiency in MS applications \- such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
