Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing candidates through various channels and coordinating interviews using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday.
- Support onboarding and employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro.
- Aid in benefits administration by processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims.
- Contribute to employee relations initiatives by helping organize training \& development sessions, performance management activities, and conflict resolution efforts.
- Assist with compliance activities related to employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, affirmative action planning, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Support project management tasks related to organizational design, change management initiatives, and workforce planning strategies.
- Prior experience or familiarity with human capital management systems such as Paychex, ADP, Dayforce, or Ceridian is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA standards, and HR sourcing practices.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in data collection, data entry, and administrative support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with HR software platforms such as Kronos, Taleo, Paylocity, or PeopleSoft is a plus.
